A school or group of schools that submits an
application under section 4 of this chapter may not request to waive any
of the following provisions:
IC 20-24-8-2 (prohibited acts).
IC 20-26-5-10 (criminal history and child protection index check).

school students).
IC 20-26-12-2 (curricular material purchase and rental).
