§ 20-31-12-2 — Establishment of criteria by the department
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 31 ACCOUNTABILITY FOR PERFORMANCE AND·Ch. 12 School Recognition Programs
The department may not establish criteria for
a nonpublic school to be eligible for a recognition program that are
different from the criteria established for a public school of the same
grade levels.
