Text

A student who:

(1)is designated as an eligible student or assigned to participate in a particular alternative education program; and
(2)disagrees with the designation or assignment described in subdivision (1); may appeal the designation to the governing body for the school corporation in which the student is enrolled. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-10.1-4.6-7.]
