Indiana Statutes
§ 20-30-8-12 — Appeal by eligible student
A student who:
(1)is designated as an eligible student or assigned to participate
in a particular alternative education program; and
(2)disagrees with the designation or assignment described in
subdivision (1);
may appeal the designation to the governing body for the school
corporation in which the student is enrolled.
