Text

(a)A student's school counselor shall, in consultation with the student and the student's parent, review annually a student's graduation plan that was developed under section 2 of this chapter to determine if the student is progressing toward fulfillment of the graduation plan.
(b)If a student is not progressing toward fulfillment of the graduation plan, the school counselor shall provide counseling services for the purpose of advising the student of credit recovery options and services available to help the student progress toward graduation.
(c)If a student is not progressing toward fulfillment of the graduation plan due to failing to meet a postsecondary readiness competency established by the state board under IC 20-32-4-1.5(c), the school counselor shall meet with the:
