Text
(a)Subject to subsection (b), each school
corporation and charter school may place a durable poster or framed
picture representing:
(1)the national motto of the United States, "In God We Trust";
and
(2)an accurate representation of the:
(A)United States flag; and
(B)Indiana state flag;
which may be positioned under the national motto described in
subdivision (1);
in each school library and classroom within the school corporation or
charter school.
(b)The durable poster or framed picture described in subsection (a)
may be at least eleven (11) inches in height by seventeen (17) inches
in width. The dimensions of the national motto described in subsection
(a)(1) may be at least four (4) inches in height by fifteen (15) inches in
width and include print large enough to fill the dimension
