Indiana Statutes
§ 20-30-16-3 — "Eligible student"
As used in this chapter, "eligible student" means a student pursuing:
(1)an Indiana diploma with any designation available for students
to receive in Indiana; or
(2)an industry certification that appears on the state board's
approved industry certification list.
