§ 20-29-9-5 — School corporation not required to pay salary for days on strike

A school corporation shall not pay a school employee for any day when the school employee fails, as a result of a strike, to report for work as required by the school year calendar. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-7.5-1-14.]
