§ 20-29-9-4 — Minimum length of school year

Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 29 COLLECTIVE BARGAINING FOR TEACHERS·Ch. 9 Strikes

A regulation, rule, or law concerning the minimum length of a school year may not:

(1)apply; or
(2)require makeup days; if schools in a school corporation are closed as a result of a school employee strike. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-7.5-1-14(d).]
