Text

If an exclusive representative:

(1)engages in; or
(2)aids or abets in; a strike, the exclusive representative shall lose the exclusive representative's dues deduction privilege for one (1) year. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-7.5-1-14(c).]
