Text

It is unlawful for:

(1)a school employee;
(2)a school employee organization; or
(3)an affiliate, including state or national affiliates, of a school employee organization; to take part in or assist in a strike against a school employer or school corporation. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-7.5-1-14(a).]
