§ 20-29-3-14 — Collection of information by the executive director

(a)The board's executive director shall collect on behalf of the board:

(1)statistical data on the resources of each school corporation;

(2)the substance of any agreements reached by each school corporation; and

(3)other relevant data as determined by the board or the board's executive director.

(b)Parties to a collective bargaining agreement shall comply with the board's requests for information necessary to comply with subsection (a). [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-7.5-1-9(g).]
