Indiana Statutes
§ 20-29-2-9 — "Exclusive representative"
"Exclusive representative" means the:
(1)school employee organization that has been:
(A)certified for purposes of this article by the board; or
(B)recognized by a school employer as the exclusive
representative of the employees in an appropriate unit;
under IC 20-29-5-1 through IC 20-29-5-5; or
(2)person or persons authorized to act on behalf of a
representative described in subdivision (1).
