Indiana Statutes
§ 20-29-2-15 — "School employer"
"School employer" means:
(1)the governing body of each:
(A)school corporation; or
(B)charter school established under IC 20-24; and
(2)a person or persons authorized to act for the governing body
of the school employer in dealing with its employees.
