§ 20-29-2-10 — "Governing body"

Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 29 COLLECTIVE BARGAINING FOR TEACHERS·Ch. 2 Definitions

"Governing body" means:

(1)a board of school commissioners;
(2)a metropolitan board of education;
(3)a board of trustees;
(4)any other board or commission charged by law with the responsibility of administering the affairs of a school corporation; or
(5)the body that administers a charter school established under IC 20-24. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-7.5-1-2(b).]
