§ 20-28-9-25 — "Secondary school" for purposes of federal teacher loan forgiveness programs

For purposes of the federal teacher loan forgiveness program provided under 34 CFR 682.216(a)(4), "secondary school" includes any eligible elementary or secondary school at which a highly qualified teacher in a high needs area (as defined in 34 CFR 682.216(b)) is employed.
