For purposes of the federal teacher loan
forgiveness program provided under 34 CFR 682.216(a)(4), "secondary
school" includes any eligible elementary or secondary school at which
a highly qualified teacher in a high needs area (as defined in 34 CFR
682.216(b)) is employed.
