§ 20-28-6-5 — Regular teacher's contract
The regular teacher's contract must be used statewide without amendment and must contain, in addition to the items in section 2(a)(3) of this chapter:
(1)the manner of salary payment; and
(2)any provisions relating to the government of the school that
the secretary of education includes.
