§ 20-28-6-4 — Contract forms; applicable teachers

(a)This section does not apply to:

(1)a teacher employed as a substitute teacher; or

(2)an individual who holds an adjunct teacher permit issued by the governing body of a school corporation or the equivalent authority for a charter school or nonpublic school under IC 20-28-5-27.

(b)A teacher employed in a public school must be employed on a uniform teacher's contract or a supplemental service teacher's contract. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-6.1-4-5.]
