§ 20-28-5-7 — License revocation and suspension

Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 28 SCHOOL TEACHERS·Ch. 5 Licenses

On the written recommendation of the secretary of education, the department may suspend or revoke a license for:

(1)immorality;
(2)misconduct in office;
(3)incompetency; or
(4)willful neglect of duty. For each suspension or revocation, the department shall comply with IC 4-21.5-3. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-6.1-3-7(a).]
