§ 20-28-5-5 — Out-of-state graduate applicant

If a teacher who is a graduate of an accredited institution outside Indiana does not meet certain technical requirements for a license, the teacher may be granted a particular type of license and a reasonable amount of time to fulfill the requirements of the license granted.
