3. The department may not grant an initial practitioner license unless an individual completes the following:
(1)Child abuse and neglect training.
(2)Youth suicide awareness and prevention training.
(3)Identification and reporting of human trafficking training.
(4)Training described in IC 20-28-5.5-1(a).
