§ 20-28-4-10 — Rules

(a) The state board may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to administer this chapter.
(b) Rules adopted under this section must include a requirement that
entities approved to offer the program submit an annual report to the
department of the number of individuals who:
(1) enroll in; and
(2) complete;
the program.
(c) Rules adopted under this section may not require that there be a
shortage of other licensed teachers in order for the governing body of
a school corporation, including a charter school, or the appointing
authority of a state accredited nonpublic school to employ a program
participant.
(d) Rules adopted under this section may not impose program
requirements, participant qualification requirements, or licensing
requirements that are in addition to the requirements set forth in this
chapter.
