Text
(a)Each school corporation shall develop
or adopt a plan for annual performance evaluations for each certificated
employee. A plan must include performance evaluations for all
certificated employees, conducted at least annually.
(b)A school corporation shall post the plan developed or adopted
by the school corporation on the school corporation's website.
(c)A plan is not subject to collective bargaining.
