§ 20-28-10-18 — Teacher's legal recourse for infringement of rights and privileges

A teacher whose rights and privileges under sections 14 through 17 of this chapter are or are about to be infringed by a rule or regulation may, in accord with the law governing injunctions, seek to enjoin the school corporation from the infringement. A circuit or superior court shall issue the injunction if the court finds an infringement. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-6.1-6-16.]
