§ 20-28-10-14 — Teacher's freedom of association
(a)A school corporation may not dismiss
or suspend any employee because of affiliation with or activity in an
organization unless that organization advocates:
(1)the overthrow of the United States government by:
(A)force; or
(B)the use of violence; or
(2)the violation of law;
to achieve its objective.
(b)A rule or regulation contrary to subsection (a) is void.
