§ 20-27-8-6 — School bus driver; additional physical examination
A governing body may, at any time, require a
school bus driver operating a school bus for the school corporation to
submit to a physical examination by an Indiana physician selected by
the corporation. The school corporation shall pay the cost of an
examination under this section.
