§ 20-27-7-17 — Registration fee
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 27 SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 7 School Bus Inspection and Registration
A school bus driver shall be charged the same annual registration fee for a school bus that is operated under:
(1)a transportation contract with a school corporation; or
(2)a parents' supplemental transportation contract.
