§ 20-27-6-3 — Parents joint contract rights

(a)The parents of public school students not
provided bus transportation by the school corporation may contract
jointly with a school bus driver to provide transportation under a
parents' supplemental transportation contract.
(b)A parents' supplemental transportation contract is subject to the
approval of the governing body of the school corporation where the
students transported under the contract reside, and a school bus
operated under the contract is under the supervision and direction of
the governing body.
