§ 20-27-6-1 — Exemptions for nonpublic schools and educational service centers
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 27 SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 6 Parents' Supplemental Transportation Contracts
This chapter does not apply to:
(1)a nonpublic school or to a nonpublic school bus driver
contract executed for a nonpublic school; or
(2)an educational service center (as defined by IC 20-20-1-2) or
a school bus driver contract executed for an educational service
center.
