§ 20-27-5-31 — Common carrier contract; exemption from physical examination
When a school bus driver is employed by a
common carrier to assist in performing a common carrier contract
made under section 29 of this chapter, the school bus driver is exempt
from mandatory physical examinations required under this article,
except to the extent that examination may be necessary for a common
carrier to comply with section 30(2) of this chapter.
