Indiana Statutes
§ 20-27-5-28 — Transportation or fleet contract; bond
A school bus driver or fleet contractor
operating a transportation or fleet contract shall furnish a surety bond
conditioned on faithful performance of the contract. The governing
body shall specify the amount of bond required.
