Indiana Statutes
§ 20-27-2-8 — "School bus"
"School bus" means a motor vehicle, other than a special purpose bus, that is:
(1)designed and constructed for the accommodation of more than
ten (10) passengers; and
(2)used for the transportation of Indiana students.
The term includes the chassis or the body, or both.
