Text
"Employment contract" means a contract:
(1)between:
(A)a school corporation that owns all necessary school bus
equipment; and
(B)a school bus driver; and
(2)that provides that the school bus driver is employed in the
same manner as other noninstructional personnel are employed by
the school corporation.
