§ 20-27-12-2 — "School of origin"

Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 27 SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 12 Transportation of Homeless Students

As used in this chapter, "school of origin" means the school:

(1)that a homeless student attended when the student last had a permanent residence; or
(2)in which the homeless student was last enrolled.
