§ 20-27-10-1 — Loading conveniences
To promote safety in school bus operations,
school corporations shall cooperate with the civil divisions of local and
state government to provide necessary loading and unloading
conveniences as an accessory to public streets and highways. The cost
of providing these conveniences shall be paid by the civil divisions of
government.
