§ 20-26-9-6 — "School lunch program"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 26 SCHOOL CORPORATIONS: GENERAL·Ch. 9 School Breakfast and Lunch Programs
As used in this chapter, "school lunch
program" means a program under which lunches are served by a school
in Indiana on a nonprofit basis to children in attendance, including any
program under which a school receives assistance out of funds
appropriated by the Congress of the United States.
