2. As used in this chapter, "interested person" refers to the following:
(1)Each state educational institution.
(2)Each charter school in a county where a school corporation
with a covered school building subject to closure is located.
(3)All charter school authorizers (excluding school corporation
authorizers as defined in IC 20-24-1-2.5(1)).
(4)Each trade or professional organization representing charter
schools listed as an organization representing charter schools on
the website of the department or otherwise known to a school
corporation with a covered school building subject to closure.
(5)The Indiana charter school board.
(6)Each charter school that is not described in subdivision (2)
that has provided a written notice of interest in a covered school
building to the department
