2.

(a)If a governing body passes a resolution to close a high school within the school corporation, the governing body shall develop a plan relating to the preservation or transfer of memorabilia, trophies, or other property that may have historical significance, as determined by the governing body.
(b)The plan described in subsection (a) must be made available for public inspection and posted on the school corporation's Internet web site.
