§ 20-26-5-33 — Programs concerning consequences of sharing sexually suggestive or explicit materials through digital media
A school corporation may offer classes,
instruction, or programs regarding the potential risks and consequences
of creating and sharing sexually suggestive or explicit materials
through cellular telephones, social networking web sites, computer
networks, and other digital media.
