§ 20-26-4-9 — Disqualification on basis of age prohibited
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 26 SCHOOL CORPORATIONS: GENERAL·Ch. 4 Organization and Operation of Governing Body
An individual who is at least eighteen (18)
years of age and is otherwise eligible to assume office as a member of
a governing body may not be disqualified on the basis of age.
