§ 20-26-21-7 — Develop and post guidance
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 26 SCHOOL CORPORATIONS: GENERAL·Ch. 21 Personal Analyses, Evaluations, or Surveys by Third
The department shall:
(1)develop guidance materials for school corporations and
qualified schools to assist school corporations and qualified
schools in implementing this chapter; and
(2)post the guidance materials on the department's website.
