§ 20-26-20-1 — "Organization"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 26 SCHOOL CORPORATIONS: GENERAL·Ch. 20 Patriotic Youth Membership Organizations
As used in this chapter, "organization" means
any youth organization listed in Title 36 of the United States Code that
has an educational purpose and promotes patriotism and civic
involvement.
