§ 20-26-19-6 — Acceptance of application of enrollment; electronic means
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 26 SCHOOL CORPORATIONS: GENERAL·Ch. 19 Temporary Exception to Residency Requirements
In addition to any other means by which a
public school accepts an application for enrollment of a student or
registration in a course by a student, a public school shall accept an
application for enrollment and course registration, as applicable, by
electronic means for a student described in section 5 of this chapter.
