§ 20-26-19-1 — "Active duty"
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 26 SCHOOL CORPORATIONS: GENERAL·Ch. 19 Temporary Exception to Residency Requirements
As used in this chapter, "active duty" means full-time service in:
(1)the armed forces of the United States; or
(2)the national guard;
for a period that exceeds thirty (30) consecutive days in a calendar
year.
