Text

The employer share of the cost of coverage under a health plan provided by a school corporation for the school corporation's employees may not exceed by more than twelve percent (12%) the employer share of the cost of coverage under the same type of health plan:

(1)described in IC 5-10-8-7(b) or IC 5-10-8-7(c); and
(2)provided by the state for state employees; for any twelve (12) month period beginning on the first health plan issue or renewal date that occurs after December 31, 2011.
