Indiana Statutes
§ 20-26-12-23 — Borrowing to purchase curricular material
A school corporation may:
(1)borrow money to buy curricular materials; and
(2)issue notes, maturing serially in not more than four (4) years
and payable from its education fund, to secure the loan.
