Text

A school corporation may:

(1)borrow money to buy curricular materials; and
(2)issue notes, maturing serially in not more than four (4) years and payable from its education fund, to secure the loan. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-10.1-9-20.]
