Text

(a)Each year before the date specified in the rules adopted by the state board, a school corporation shall report the information specified in subsection (b) for each student:
(1)for whom tuition support is paid by another school corporation;
(2)for whom tuition support is paid by the state; and
(3)who is enrolled in the school corporation but has the equivalent of a legal settlement in another state or country; to the department.
(b)Each school corporation shall provide the following information for each school year for each category of student described in subsection (a):
(1)The amount of tuition support and other support received for the students described in subsection (a).
(2)The operating expenses, as determined under section 13 of this chapter, incurred for the students descr
