§ 20-26-10-4 — Administration and supervision of joint program
An agreement shall designate one (1) of the
participating school corporations to administer and supervise the joint
program, including receiving and disbursing funds, executing
documents, and maintaining records under this chapter and the
agreement between the participating school corporations.
