(a)Subject to an administrative fee as described in section 2(g) of this chapter, a school corporation that enters into an agreement with an organizer under this chapter shall distribute at least one hundred percent (100%) of state tuition support dollars that the school corporation receives from student enrollment in the participating innovation network charter school in accordance with the school funding formula to the participating innovation network charter school.
(b)Unless an agreement entered into before July 1, 2024, between a board and an organizer provides otherwise, all participating innovation network charter schools operating under existing agreements with boards as of July 1, 2024, will receive funds as required under subsection (a).
