§ 20-25-9-1 — Use of student performance improvement levels
Indiana·Title 20 EDUCATION·Art. 25 INDIANAPOLIS PUBLIC SCHOOLS·Ch. 9 Performance Measures for Student Achievement
IC 20-31-8 applies to the school city and its schools. The board shall use the student performance improvement levels established under IC 20-25-11 to:
(1)assess;
(2)report; and
(3)improve;
the performance of schools, educators, and students in the school city.
