Text
(a)The board shall establish appropriate
criteria to:
(1)set priorities for parental choices; and
(2)assign students to schools.
(b)Criteria established under this section must provide that if the
parent of a student chooses to enroll the student in a neighborhood
school, the student will be assigned to the neighborhood school, subject
only to building capacity limitations.
